The band enjoyed our annual day out at Prestwich Clough on Sunday. The sun was out and we attracted a good-sized audience inside the marquee as well as those standing outside to listen.
This week we’ll be out on Saddleworth for the Whit Friday march contests. Hopefully we’ll entertain the crowds with this year’s chosen street march and then impress the adjudicators with our contest march. If you’d like a sneak preview, you may find us this evening out on the football fields by the bandroom practising our ‘moves’.
