Lesley Hardman – Percussion

January 2013 – Present

Pianist from age 7, oboist from 12, then percussionist from 46! 

Enjoys hitting anything that remotely resembles a piano, e.g. glockenspiel, xylophone, vibraphone, and is working on the technique required for other percussion instruments too, especially timpani.

After a teaching career, including 15 years with Bolton Music Service, Lesley changed creative direction, bought a kiln, and now has her own fused glass art business based at home.  Much more peaceful!
