Vicky Finlay – Flugel Horn

2008 – Present

Vicky has been playing the cornet since 1987 (doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun!).  Vicky started with Bristol East Temperance Band and had ten happy years with them on Repiano Cornet.  Whilst at university, Vicky played for Kirkby Lonsdale Brass Band and upon moving to London, she joined Crystal Palace.  Now living “oop north”, Vicky joined us in 2008 from Barnton Silver Band in Cheshire, where she played for three years on Repiano and Solo Cornet. Vicky made the switch to Flugel in 2015.
