Will Haw – 2nd Horn

August 2017 – February 2018 & October 2019 – present

Will started playing in 2006 at St Helen’s Youth Brass Band on cornet. He stayed, moving up the bands and ranks until officially leaving in 2019.

Will has played in numerous bands across the North West on cornet and soprano cornet, including a previous stint at Flixton on 2nd cornet.

Will moved to Manchester to study Business Management at Manchester Metropolitan University. Upon doing so he re-joined us on 2nd Horn. From November 2023, external commitments led to Will becoming a part-time player, filling in flexibly as required on cornet or horn parts.
